Qualifications & experience
- Nationally recognised training in sales with 4+ years experience in a senior/ equivalent sales role.
- Background in or understanding of industrial waste equipment and related markets.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office suite and various CRM software.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- A desire to constantly exceed your own and the business expectations, and personal bests.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Cultivate robust relationships with suppliers and clients, with a focus on comprehending each customer’s distinct requirements to enable the provision of effective solutions and delivery of positive customer experiences.
- Devise and execute strategic sales plans that are in harmony with the company’s objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and deliver timely reports on the status of client opportunities, orders, and transactions, as may be necessary.
- Coordinate with scheduling/production teams to guarantee that production timelines align with client and operational expectations and capacities.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and inclusion.
- Maintain the CRM database accurately to monitor progress and interactions with potential clients.
- Strive to consistently surpass both personal and business expectations, aiming to regularly achieve individual best performances.
- Reasonable additional duties as required.
